Madison Detail – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Madison Detail’s services, website, scheduling systems, and SMS communication.

1. Service Agreement

By booking a service or submitting a request, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information

  • Arrive at your scheduled time

  • Pay the price associated with the selected service

  • Communicate any cancellations or rescheduling needs in advance

2. SMS & Email Communication Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Scheduling updates

  • Service-related communication

  • Customer service messages

Message frequency varies.
Message & data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt-out or HELP for assistance.
Optional marketing communications will only be sent if you opt-in separately.

3. Payments & Billing

Payments are processed securely through Square.
Invoices must be paid upon vehicle pickup unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Repeated no-shows may result in fees or required deposits for future bookings.

5. Use of Information

Information you provide may be stored and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

Madison Detail is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Hidden interior conditions

  • Aftermarket equipment failure

  • Lost or unidentified items left inside vehicles

We take all reasonable care when handling your vehicle.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
